Siddarth (Sid) joined Entegris as an analytical chemist in 2015 and working with ICP-MS – developing methods for ppt/ppq level of detection of metallic contaminants in critical bulk chemicals. He moved to an applications engineering role in 2018 and is currently the Applications Engineering Manager, responsible for technical engagement with key customers in the semiconductor ecosystem as well as pathfinding for new product & technology development for next generation filtration solutions. Siddarth has multiple patent publications, conference presentations and paper publications, and is serving as a committee member of ASMC as well as the SEMI standards committee for UPW and Liquid Chemicals. He received his M.S in Biology from University of Massachusetts Lowell and Bachelor’s in Engineering degree in Biotechnology from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India.
